Main machines
1. Mixer
mix corn flour or corn grit with nutritional supplement and water in proportion
2. Feeding machine
Deliver raw material mixed to feeding hopper of double-screw extruder
3. Extruder
Raw material comes into extruding system through feeding hopper. After extruding, small balls will come out from extruding discharge hole.
4. vibrating screen
divides pellet, and avoid pellets overlapping when they come into tablet machine
5. winnower mill
deliver pellet into tablet machine
6. Tablet machine
press small ball pellet into flake, corn flake.
7. Air conveyor
deliver corn flake to oven.
8. multilayer Oven
electric multilayer oven, temperature can be adjusted among 0-200 degree through control box. inside material are stainless steel double bag. baking time also can be adjusted.
