1. Description:

Double screw snack food extruder adopts advanced extruding technique which can extrude two kinds of products with different textures and tastes out of double-screw extruder at the same time. This line uses advanced extruding technology, through changing moulds and production technics to produce many kinds of popular snack food in the market, such as rolls, crispy stick etc.

Working principle

First, send the well mixed fine powder to the anti-arching feeding silo. When working, the feeder send the materials in the anti-arching feeding silo to the double shaft differential speed preconditioner evenly and continuously. At the same time of sending the materials, the preconditioner can be added measured steam, water and other liquid additives evenly and continuously.
