Expanded Nutritional Rice Powder Production Line produced by Jinan Sunrising Machinery Co.,Ltd. is used to produce infant baby food and some other instant flour products. The raw materials are mixed with water in the flour mixer, then mixed ingredients are fed into extruder feeder by screw conveyor. The extruder is fitted with: cylindrical materials silo; arch breaking feeder; extrusion and cutting mechanism; independent electric panel. After high temperature extrusion, the materials are then sent to the dryer for drying. Then we will use hammer mill machine to crush the dried material into very thin nutritional and healthy powder.
Raw materials: adopts cereals flour (corn, wheat, rice, oat, soy, etc)

The heating source of the dryer can be chosen based on the resources at local. We have the coal, diesel, gas and electric type for your choice.
The temperature can be controlled by the electric control cabinet from 0 to 200 degrees. The inner part is stainless steel mesh belt. The drying time can be adjusted by speed based on different products. We can customized for you on the basis of the workshop size with different layers from 3 layers, 5 layers and 7 layers etc and the length can be 3m, 5m, 7m, 8m, 10m and 15m etc.
Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz.
