Baby cereals grain processing rice powder machine full automatic
Expanded Nutritional Rice Powder Production Line produced by Jinan Sunrising Machinery Co.,Ltd. is used to produce infant baby food and some other instant flour products. The raw materials are mixed with water in the flour mixer, then mixed ingredients are fed into extruder feeder by screw conveyor. The extruder is fitted with: cylindrical materials silo; arch breaking feeder; extrusion and cutting mechanism; independent electric panel. After high temperature extrusion, the materials are then sent to the dryer for drying. Then we will use hammer mill machine to crush the dried material into very thin nutritional and healthy powder.
The baby food machine is based on cereal, such as wheat, rice, corn, soy and other cereals. Theproduct we should be mixture of cereal flour with different proportion mix with milk powder and nature flavors, such as fruit or vanilla.
The final product is powder, easy to prepare with water. Production line conforms to the rules of hygiene and safety for baby.
