Adopts defatted soya flour(oil content is less than 1%) as raw materials.

Soya nuggets, TVP/TSP, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile

it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder.

Raw materials used for the Textured soybean protein production line:

Low temperature soybean meal, peanut meal, wheat gluten flour, isolate soya protein etc.

The produced textured soybean protein food is similar to lean meat and very chewy.

It is widely applied to the industries such as ham, sausage, canned food, fast food and quick-frozen food.

Machine material

All the machines are made by Stainless steel 201,If you have special requirement, we also have ss304,ss316.

Voltage

Chinese Input Voltage is 380V/ 50Hz /3, If it is different from yours , we will adjust it .
