Brief introduction of the Semi-automatic batch fryer
The semi-automatic batch fryer adopts traditional mechanical rise and fall with low malfunction. Heating method can adopt electricity, coal or diesel. It is composed of the frying pot, deoiling machine and conveyor machine. There is automatic mixing system inside of the frying pot, which can ensure the stable and uniform quality of the frying products. The semi-automatic fryer has two kinds of control system. It can be operated manually or automatically. The PLC programming operates stably with lower malfunction.

Specially designed Stainless steel batch fryers with multiple inlet for oil and filtration system, the shape of the batch fryer can be rectangular or circular. Circular Batch fryers are available in various sizes, Tilting type facility for stainless steel basket for easy removal of the product thereby reducing the oil in the product substantially. Heat Exchangers are inbuilt in the batch fryer there by two way heating of oil is possible 1. Oil heated which is passing through the stainless steel tubes indirect heat type 2. Oil heated which is kept in the frying pan.
