Technical process:
1. flour mixer(powder mixer): to mix the raw materials with water into high uniformity materials
2. Stainless steel screw conveyor: to send the materials to the single screw extruder
3. Single screw extruder: to extrude the raw materials into many different shapes by changing the dies.
4. Cutting machines: some shapes can be directly formed by the use of the die. Some shapes need to be cut into the needed shape by the cutting machine.
5. Dryer machine: to dry the extruded snacks with low temperature
6. Automatic batch fryer: it is composed of the fryer, deoiling machine and hoister. The fryer machine fries the snacks and get deoiled by deoiling machine and then sent to the flavoring machine by the hoister.
7. Single roller flavor machine: to spray powder to the snacks based on the local market requirement.
8. Packing machine: to pack the snacks into different bag sizes.
