It can produce a variety of core-filling food which are popular in the market, such as fragrant chicken, core-filling rolls, crispy stick, etc. By changing moulds and assistant equipments, it can also produce nutritional powder, grain gruel and many other leisure snacks in different shapes. This automatic process line is of leading level for its superior characters, such as, "applied to many materials, convenient operation and maintenance, low power consumption, high output".
Using its twin-screw co-extrusion systems by twin screw co-extrusion system, the chocolate filled cereal snacks processing line manufactured by Jinan Sunrising Machinery Co.,Ltd. can produce many kinds and shapes of filled sweet and savory snacks such as pillow shape, tubes and sticks.
Filled savory snacks are an interesting variation because they combine two textures: a crispy outer biscuit and a soft filling. The filling provides the dominant flavor to the product, complemented by the taste of the biscuit.
The multishape cutter is a key component in our co-extrusion system and is used in conjunction with our core filler machine. The core filler and the multishaper cutter are very important for making the sweet and savory flavored core filled confections. The multishaper is designed to pulled filled tubes from the extrusion head. The filled tubes are then cut in various filled shapes such as square pillow, triangle, sticks or bars. These products can then be packed or coated with sesame or chocolate prior to packaging.

The puffed and core filled snack production line is making use of corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour, corn grits as primary raw material and add water, sugar as ingredients. By changing screw, mold, and some additional equipment, it can produce puffed snacks and also core filled snacks. By injecting cream, chocolate, peanut butter, etc. to the extruded hollowed roll to make many flavors of sandwich meals. The puff snack line can produce many shapes of puffed food, such as round, star shape, a ring shape, flower shape, etc.
