The process line uses double screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process. It includes mixing,cooking,extruding and shaping process, no needing boiler, with simple process, high efficiency and little pollution. The raw materials can be rice powder, corn powder, wheat flour individually or their mixture. Only by changing the moulds, shaping or cutting machine, the shapes can be various, like sticks, square sheet rib chips, diamond chips, wavy chips, pillow shapes and bugles etc. the taste is good and also without greasiness.

Equipment Configurations
1.Flour Mixer: Stir mixed raw materials evenly with a certain amount of water. Choose different Sunrising flour mixer model based on different output requirements.
2.Sscrew Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
3.Extruder: Select different Sunrising double screw extruder model based on clients’ raw materials and output capacity requirement. With the help of special control cabinet, extruder is able to extrude the raw material under different temperature & pressure, and produce puffed products. The shapes of products can be changed by changing the dies in extruder.
4.Shaping Machine: Use Sunrising pull & cut-off machine or 3D pellets shaping machine or Bugles shaping machine or multi-functional shaping machine to shaping the products according to different products shapes.
5.Frying Machine: Choose Sunrising different automatic batch fryer or continuous fryer according to different producing requirements to frying snacks to be crispy and crunchy
6.Flavoring Line: Select octagonal flavoring machine, single-roller flavoring line or dual-roller flavoring line based on output and product properties.
